Bid Fusion was founded by Jane Korn, a seasoned bid and proposal leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth and impact through strategic communications and 10 years leading work winning activities.
Grounded in APMP best practices, Jane’s vision for Bid Fusion is to deliver strategic depth beyond bid writing and wordsmithing. Her focus is to build long-term capability within every organisation Bid Fusion supports by embedding knowledge transfer to strengthen internal bid processes, tools, and team performance for sustainable success.
Throughout her career, Jane has implemented scalable bid frameworks, coached high-performing teams, and elevated proposal quality across industries including Professional Services, Payments, Facilities Management, Architecture, and Government.
